• What kind of insurance coverage does CCR offer?
• CCR offers customers comprehensive coverage of vehicles including drivers, passengers and third party coverage, should they be involved in an accident while using a CCR.

• What documents are required to hire a car from National?
• We do not provide self-drive services to individual clients, except if they approach us through their respective companies. In such an even, the following are required:
• Copy of CNIC/Passport.
• Copy of your valid Pakistani driving license / valid International License.
• Authorization email/letter from the company
• Sign the Self-Drive Proforma

 

• What should I do if I have a traffic accident?
• If you have an accident, do not leave the scene of the accident. Contact the nearest CCR office for emergency assistance. If no one was hurt and vehicle damage is minor, drivers are recommended to move their vehicles to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. Otherwise, the vehicles should not be moved.
• Can I drive the rent a car outside Pakistan?
• You are not permitted to take the vehicle outside Pakistan.
• What are the traffic rules to be followed while driving?
• Please follow all rules and speed limits, as per traffic laws of Pakistan. Seatbelts are required and mobile phones are prohibited while driving (unless you have a hands-free set).
• How long do I have to be driving in order to hire a car?
• Clients are required to be in possession of a valid driving license for a period of at least one year. Driver’s minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum age limit is 65 years.
• Can my friend/family member drive my rented vehicle?
• Any additional drivers must be declared and they should have a valid driving license and their age should be at least 21 years old.
